Rajnish Virmani is a seasoned global leader, executive coach, and CXO with over 30 years of corporate experience across powerhouse brands including American Express, TCS, Aviva, Reliance, and Colt Technologies. An Engineer and DU MBA by training, he has held CEO, COO, and CIO roles—leading teams of up to 10,000 employees across the US, UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
For the past 10 years, Rajnish has channelled that operating experience into consulting and executive coaching, with one clear mission: to develop the next 100 CEOs for Corporate India.
He currently serves as Managing Director, Positive Momentum India — part of a global consultancy headquartered in London, where 20 former CEOs and CXOs work as partners in India. The firm delivers strategy, leadership, and operational transformation for clients including Barclays, RBS (NatWest), Maruti, Red Bull, BT, American Express, AXA, MAX Life Insurance, and HCL. Rajnish also sits on the Board of Directors for ICG Medical India Pvt. Ltd. and serves as CIO Advisor – India for Zoom Video Communications.
